- [Announcement] “Expanding the Possibilities of Special Education Through Generative AI”
For the online symposium on Wednesday, August 26, we will be welcoming Mr. Kazuyuki Kuroda, a teacher at Hyogo Prefectural Hikami Special Needs School.
Generative AI is opening up new possibilities in educational settings, such as in the creation of teaching materials, learning support, and communication support.
In particular, in special education—where support tailored to each student’s individual characteristics and learning needs is essential—expectations are rising for this tool not only to reduce teachers’ workloads but also to enable learning that is closely attuned to each student.
For this symposium, we are pleased to welcome Kazuyuki Kuroda, author of *A Guide to Using Generative AI for Special Education Teachers*, who will share practical examples of its use and discuss the potential applications of generative AI in special education, as well as the expected benefits and key considerations for educators in the field. We hope you will join us.
